Please join me on Oct 24th for an informal presentation on two of my favourite topics, Innovation & Change.
In today’s climate of constant intense change why has innovation become even more important to our events and the usage of our year round sites. Although we know there is a deep relationship between us and the people from our community who attend our events based on tradition, emotion, and our Agricultural roots if we are truly to make an affect on their quality of life we also need to expose them to the innovations that are affecting trends and lifestyle change. While protecting the traditional elements of our fairs we also have to move forward and offer new options to remain relevant. I am excited to share with you new concepts and ideas that I have gathered while transitioning into my new role.

Conflict resolution is the process of resolving a conflict or dispute by identifying and satisfying some or all of each side’s needs.
The purpose of this webinar is to engage participants in a process of seeing conflict as an opportunity for growth, development, and enhancing business and other relationships, rather than approaching conflict with fear or simply avoiding it altogether. The webinar will include practical tips on how to resolve and manage conflict and enhance your interpersonal relations within your workplace, your family and community.
