Note that there are no more rooms at the Hyatt for Wednesday, November 17th.  There are plenty of rooms for the rest of the nights of the convention.
 
Our overflow hotel is the Delta Bow Valley, located a couple of blocks away from the Hyatt.  To make reservations with the Delta please call 403-266-1980 or 1-800-665-8571, using Group Code GFACAFE.

Please note that we will not offer a shuttle service this year.  You can arrange transportation from the airport by taxi or by contacting Allied Airport Shuttle  at Calgary Airport (403) 299-9555.

"The Future is Green" was held in Charlottetown from November 18 - 21, 2009 at the Delta Prince Edward.  Many thanks to the management and staff at the Delta Prince Edward - you were an excellent team to work with!  Many thanks as well to all the staff and volunteers from the PEI Association of Exhibitions for hosting us in true Maritime style.

The 82nd Annual Convention of the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions held November 5-8, 2008 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan was a huge success!

Many thanks to all the folks at Saskatoon Prairieland Park for helping us make this convention a must-attend event for the Canadian Fair and Exhibition Industry.  Feedback received from our delegates has been extremely positive both from a professional development standpoint and for the opportunities to network and to catch up with friends from across the country.

Many thanks also to our friends at the Sheraton Cavalier for all their help in making sure everything went smoothly.
