Pandemic - Business Planning

If your organization is serious about business continuity, it must have a specific plan to deal with the problems a pandemic can cause.

C.A.F.E. has been an active participant with the Federal Private Sector Working Group on Pandemic Influenza Planning. Public Health Agency of Canada has released the

“Your H1N1 Preparedness Guide”

The Guide includes information about how to develop a pandemic plan (with a check list), symptoms and those at risk of developing complications, how to prevent the virus (protect and prevent), how to take care of someone who is sick with the virus, as well as additional resources for more information.

There are several ways you can obtain a copy of the Guide.

Pick up at any Canada Post office;
